Project manager for research projects (m/f/d)
We are Collaborate Project Management UG, a dynamic and growing company specializing in the management of public and private research projects. As we continue to expand and take on exciting new biomedical research initiatives, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team!
Your Role:
As a Project Manager for Research Projects and Proposals, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of large-scale biomedical research projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination for international research consortia.

Organizing and moderating online and in-person project meetings, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.

Traveling within Europe 2-4 times per year for key project meetings and events.

Leading communication activities for research projects, including social media outreach, website updates, and webinars.

Supporting the writing and submission of grant proposals for Horizon Europe and other funding programs.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with the following qualifications and skills:

A Master’s/PhD in pharmacology, biology, biomedical sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience or a strong interest in scientific research, grant applications, and research funding processes.

Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Work experience in project management.
-
A hands-on mentality, strong self-management skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
